Welcome to 2025 IEEE International Conference on Smart Power and Energy Technologies (2025 IEEE SPET)

Smart Power and Energy Technologies (SPET) are key driving forces and enablers for achieving global energy transformation from fossil fuels towards green and low-carbon energy such as renewable energy sources. The needs for global energy transformation have resulted in a rapid development in smart power and energy technologies. To ensure power and energy securities while achieving a green and low-carbon energy transformation with an affordable low cost, it has become necessary to share innovation technologies and best solutions in smart power and energy fields in achieving global energy transformation worldwide.
To promote international collaboration and academic exchange in the fields of smart power and energy technologies, the 2025 IEEE International Conference on Smart Power and Energy Technologies (2025 IEEE SPET) will be held on September 19–20, 2025, in Wuhan, China. The conference is co-sponsored by the IEEE Wuhan Section and Wuhan University. IEEE SPET 2025 aims to provide a high-level academic platform for global researchers, engineers, industry practitioners, and young scholars to engage in deep discussions on topics related to smart power energy technologies. The conference will feature keynote speeches, invited talks, technical sessions, panel discussions, and poster exhibitions, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and cooperation across academia and industry.
We warmly invite experts and scholars from around the world to participate in the conference in Wuhan and contribute and share innovative technologies and solutions that will shape the future of global energy toward green and low-carbon energy!
智能电力与能源技术是推动全球能源从化石能源向绿色低碳能源包括可再生能源转型的关键动力和核心。全球能源转型需求已带来了智能电力与能源技术的快速发展。为了确保能源在向低成本的绿色低碳转型中的电力与能源安全，需要我们分享已取得的技术创新及最优实践成果。
因此，为促进智能电力与能源技术领域的国际合作与学术交流，由IEEE武汉分会与武汉大学联合主办的2025年IEEE智能电力与能源技术国际会议（2025 IEEE SPET） 将于2025年9月19日至20日在中国武汉隆重召开。本次会议旨在为全球科研人员、工程师、电力与能源从业者及青年学者提供高水平的学术交流平台，就智能电力与能源技术相关议题开展深入研讨。会议内容将包括大会主旨演讲、特邀报告、技术分论坛、专题论坛和海报展示等，旨在推动学术界与产业界的跨领域交流合作与深度融合。
