For the DC outward transmission scenario of renewable energy bases in desert, Gobi and barren regions without conventional power supply support, the power system faces challenges such as high risk of transient instability at an extremely low short-circuit ratio, insufficient source-grid-storage coordination, and difficulty in balancing stability and economy. This report focuses on the integrated planning and operation optimization technology of source-grid-storage-DC for desert-Gobi-barren renewable energy bases. It covers multiple dimensions including system planning, operation control and outward transmission coordination, with emphasis on key issues such as integrated layout, collaborative optimization of source-grid-storage capacity, multi-time-scale energy storage scheduling, and efficiency improvement of DC transmission channels. By distilling cutting-edge academic achievements and engineering practice experience, this report improves the integrated technical system for desert-Gobi-barren renewable energy bases and promotes safe operation and efficient energy accommodation.
